What is your Body Mass Index (BMI)?

Your Body Mass Index is a tool to relate your weight to your height. It is a useful indicator of how healthy you are. Use the following chart to find out your BMI:

To interpret your results, use this list:

Starvation: less than 15
Underweight: less than 18.5
Ideal: from 18.5 to 25
Overweight: from 25 to 30
Obese: from 30 to 40
Morbidly Obese: greater than 40

    Hope i don’t get obesity!
    i gotta watch my diet from now on and be health conscience.
    my BMI is in the normal range. I weigh 95-ish pounds and i m 4’11!
    Must resist tempting food such as chips, McDonalds…, Burger King…, pizza…, candy…, and so many more delicious foods! [drooling ova food]
